"The new normal" is a phrase we are hearing frequently. It's a "normal" we never would have imagined living, seeing our roommates/family 24/7 and only seeing friends through a computer screen. How are you coping? Michael Paré, a physician psychotherapist, and Wanda Malcolm, professor of pastoral psychology at Wycliffe and a practicing clinical psychologist, will be joining us and discussing mental health.
