Mental health is discussed pretty often on YouTube these days, mainly focused on anxiety and depression. In this video I share what I believe to be the best and worst parts about mental health content, as well as some of my personal history of sharing my mental health struggles. Of course I touched on Shane Dawson's latest series on Jake Paul, regarding whether Jake or Logan Paul are sociopaths. I also share some clips from my favorite tubers who talk frequently about how they're feeling, including Arden Rose, Drew Monson, Trisha Paytas, Joanna Spicer, Anna Campbell, and Meghan Rienks.
