Spend the day with me crocheting, taking care of a stall resting horse, petting a cat, and reading a book.

I do want to say I am very privileged to have the ability to take a day off of work when I am feeling overwhelmed. I have been in situations where it is not possible and I am truly grateful for the privilege I now have.
