The latest from the Mensho group is here. Farm to bowl means that every ingredient come's from Shono-san-approved farms from around the country.

Both the shio and tsukemen are amazing. Freshly milled wheat, choice cuts of meat, and some surprise toppings (karasumi!). Thanks for watching.
