*I can recommend the books by Litvinov, Price, Parfenov and Rickman, as well as the communist magazines “Soviet Russia” and “The liberator”. Medvedev is a Soviet revisionist historian, but his book is also not bad. Serge's book is also not bad, but he is an opportunist. The other sources are all anti-communist and not recommended, though Pereira and Figes are actually quite good on the topic of komuch and the Siberian whites.
