I need you all to know that for every "you need to hold women more accountable" comment I get, there is a "you need to hold men more accountable" comment. Placing blame is temporarily self-serving, but taking responsibility for our own part in things is lasting and extensive. Trying to find who's at fault in a system we're all part of is a fool's errand. Focus on what *you* can do personally to make the conversation more effective.
