Ken Alderson was one of my very best friends. He was president of the Louisville Astronomical Society when I joined in 2003. It didn't take long to realize we were kindred spirits. I have taken hundreds of pictures of LAS events over the years, and recently picked out about 300, mainly including Ken, to make a tribute video. Too many for one video, so this 11-minute video is part one. It brought back so many memories!
