We will be gathering to celebrate the life and achievements of Ronald S. Stroud, Klio Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Classical Languages and Literature. For many years, Ron was a beloved member of the community studying the ancient Mediterranean world at Berkeley. He was a preeminent scholar of ancient Greek history, epigraphy, and archaeology, and an inspiring and devoted teacher to generations of Berkeley undergraduate and graduate students. Please join us on Friday, April 15 at 4:30 PM (PST) to hear family, friends, and colleagues share their reminiscences and celebrate Ron’s life.
