The thing is, some people are lucky.
If, when you are young,
either through injury, or illness
You truly believe you are about to die.
When all hope is gone,
and nothing is left
except the choice of dignity
or not.
But then to be reprieved
If,
in coming back from the dead.
You do not cast death aside,
yet live every day
as if already dead.
Then,
the infinity
that is in every slippery moment
will pass through you,
and pause.
And those that do not have this,
and seek to live forever.
You will live amongst them,
as the sighted amongst the blind.
