In Aichi prefecture, Japan, a tunnel had grooves cut into the roads surface so that the vibrations could be felt throughout the vehicle in the tune of Donguri Korokoro, a well known children's song. The tune be heard perfectly if the vehicle is travelling at 50kmh (the speed limit). This was done for the purpose of speed control.
