Setting configuration parameters within the MLX90363’s EEPROM …

Last time we’ve written 16 bit words to the EEPROM (link below). But what we really want is to write specific configuration parameters, while avoiding unnecessary writes to the EEPROM. Seems we’ve got our work cut out for us.

First we have a look at an architecture that will enable us to do exactly that. Then we implement a whole bunch of methods to change the configuration parameters. Finally we write a method that will commit those changes to the EEPROM.
