In this video I discuss the potential changes to combat as indicated by Mod Ryan’s tweet on August 29th. He specifically said that he will be working on replicating Necromancy’s damage potential, critical strike changes and an increased hit cap, likely to 30k like with Necromancy. These are obviously going to be massive changes and buffs to melee, ranged and magic but let’s take a closer look at how impactful they might be.
