This is a time lapse of the cell division of a sperm cell. One frame was taken ever 15 seconds, and the entire video corresponds to 35 minutes. Chromosomes are visible as bright yellow rods in the centre of the cell. Two centrioles form at either end of the cell, and they extend long thin microtubuoles which pull the chromosomes apart.
