This is a long, "slow & steady" livestream where I test the MegaSwitchHD: An internal, 1080p HDMI kit for the Sega Genesis. The lag was ZERO in it's lowest latency mode and only a few milliseconds in it's "compatibility mode". Also, I installed the analog to digital audio converter, which sounded great.
