After 10 years, I just realized that there is a door that can only be opened by hitting the trigger near closing-in wall section =_=. I should pay attention to what Pallette said, but i always turn her off.
Up until now, i still wonder how can Raijinken allows Zero to grab some metal above him? Mystery is always a mystery...

For some reason when playing megaman x command mission with pcsx2, figures will be blacked out like being censored, real ps2 did not have this though. However, this is just a small issue.")
