This guy was a Maverick Hunter, but, because of an accident wich costs him the ability to fly, he retired. Sigma found his speed useful and recuited him

Sooo, If anyone wonders where have I been all these days, well, Ill tell you. Busy with university, but I was able to finish this little idea on time.
