Dragon Sky's true form (or the AM sage of each respective version) can be found at the very end of Deep Space 3. You must complete your standard card library and defeat every FM-ian's SP form at least once in order to reach the very end.
Postgame area went by surprisingly faster than I expected! Though, I gotta say: it's real silly how they give you their mega card as a reward for all of that when you already got their giga card beforehand :P
