Went back and fixed a few things. Changed Kraid to Big Pets and Mother Brain to Splash Woman. Removed some weapons to reduce clutter and fixed some level design issues.
I made (mostly) the entire map of the original Metroid in Mega Maker. All power up, bosses, E-Tanks and other goodies are accounted for. Started this in 2017 and have been sprucing it up ever since. If you want to try it out yourself, the current code is 503770. Be warned, this sucker takes up to 20 minutes to load. Still less time for a new Metroid game amirite?
I uploaded it here just to show that Mega Maker exists.
It is a love letter, no, a MARRIAGE proposal to the MegaMan Classic series.

Despite its brilliant execution, the game's still being updated with bug fixes, and there's a few minor ones in this video. That's another reason I uploaded this. These particular bugs only happen when you play through a level this long. Basically my level is SO BIG that the game slows down and objects (notably, weapon specific blocks) start breaking. You can see it at 23:14.
A simple "return to checkpoint" fixes it so you can't be trapped. Background music is a little random at times but that could just be my placement of the audio triggers off.
