You have no idea how many times I got hit by those turrets even if I got the necessary chips (1 Tornado, 2 Wind chips, the only SeaSeed * in my folder because I've never entered Nebula Area, at least +30 attack bonus - maybe I should replace some of the fillers with more ColorPt *) to 10-second him. I've considered using BlizzardMan, but apparently the turrets aren't considered obstacles and won't double its damage. Luckily with fast enough button mashing I was able to area lock him before the turrets pop up, which proved to be even more effective to him than the other bosses since his turrets block his movements. Paralysis can prevent the turrets from spawning - another great strategy.
I got him once before at 5.98 seconds but didn't record that :(
