We are back! Battle Network Legacy Collection is finally out, and it's time to tackle the second half of the hexology. You'll probably notice some big changes when compared to the last installment: new art style, new gimmicks and, most important... a new battle system!
The 'Emotion Window' brings some pretty interesting stuff to the table. MegaMan's mood will change depending on how you operate him, so now it's not all about just fighting, as the 'Counter-Attack' has adquired a completely different role. Instead of just giving you BugFrags at the end of the fight, now it triggers 'FullSynchro', which doubles the attack of your next chip.
As for the rest of the changes... I won't spoil it just yet, you'll see what I mean in a few episodes. Oh, and... I hope you liked the Tournament Arc in BN3, because 4 is all about that. Main dungeons are not the main focus of the story anymore, with random scenarios, attached to those tournaments, taking up about 70% of the plot.
We'll have talk about 'repeat playthroughs' later on, wish me luck on keeping my mental health alive while recording this series... Oh, and I hope you like the new graphics for the screen layout!
