To the surprise of... nobody, Mr.Match was using us to cause havoc across not only SciLab, but the Internet as a whole. Thus, it's up to Lan and MegaMan to clean up their own mistakes.
Remember the FreezeMan scenario from the last game? This is basically the same idea. FlameMan has left several burning spots across every single area of the Net, to progress, all flames need to be put out by using EnergyChange. This time, instead of Fire chips, it's required to consume Aqua-Type chips, which are luckily easier to find. I heavily recommend you to equip "Fish" in you NaviCust for this mission, and start by cleaning Yoka Area first.
I started on ACDC because I had enough chips to clear every area in order, but starting on Yoka will grant you a ton of Aqua chips, making it harder to run out of them while cleaning other areas. Once all the fires are gone, the Undernet is the destination for our eventual battle with Mr.Match's new NetNavi. Although someone else decided to show up...
