I didn't like how they went a full 4 bars/8s delay instead of a shorter one and figured 2 bars would sound cooler (to me), and therefore decided to go for a 1 bar/2s delay repeated 4 times. But 4 times sounded worse than just repeating it 3 times so I ended up with a Triple Canon instead!
