Note: There was a strange glitch that occurred at my death in Volt Catfish in Xtreme 2; I had collected the heart tank and then died, yet at respawn I had lower overall health than I should have. However, the heart tank was registered as collected and did not reappear in that room thereafter. This is a known issue with the game when it comes to invincibility frames, but do know that the Xtreme 2 portion of the run is still considered a fully valid 100% run, since I did collect everything and the game registered as doing so (even if it didn't retain the upgrades I got from that one instance).
