Welcome to Mega Man X2: Weapon Master, where I'm using X's arsenal of special weapons to their fullest potential alongside the X-Buster. This condition is accompanied by achieving No Damage in every stage. The Shoryuken is banned in order to fully embrace the arsenal, as well as not overusing certain overpower weapons like charged Speed Burner, for that also takes away spotlight from other competent weapons.
This particular Weapon Master also uses the X-Buster more in boss battles. The reasoning behind that was because I wanted the boss rush to have different strategies that used the appropriate weaknesses. And also make up for me barely using it, since it IS technically still part of the arsenal lol
This was one of my favorite runs that I've done for the channel, and I've been sitting on this compilation for a bit too long. So, I'm finally releasing the full movie for current viewership comfort. I saw no need to re-edit everything since this was the most polished run I'd made in terms of presentation. However, that did come at the expense of being unable to remove certain on-screen messages. So I've made the necessary edits to provide solutions.
