Too bad you can't start a new game with all weapons, all heart tanks, all E-Tanks and all armors unless the game is hacked and with a cherry on top, all Zero parts need to be earned again for replayability. This playthrough is not a speedrun and the category would be New Game+ Crystal Storarge Glitch. Savestates is used! It's recommended to have a password save before you start a playthrough. I would hack the game to have all collectables from the start of the game and the palette swap Magna Centipede stage for the X Hunter/Counter Hunter dialogue.
