I found that a full title is even touhou-esque in Mega Man X5, "Oceanographic Museum ~ Obliterate the Battleship!"

A remake of Bubble Crab's Stage / Duff McWhalen's Stage Theme from Mega Man X2 / X5 with Touhou Soundfonts.
Especially with the soundfonts of Clownpiece's Theme from "Touhou 15 - Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom",
aka "Pierrot of the Star-Spangled Banner".
