Just a quick little thing I did in FL Studio about a year ago.

I took a midi from VGMusic, modified it to fit the Genesis channel limitations, and used a combination of VOPM (for the guitars) and the "Ultimate Genesis Soundfont" for the drums, square waves, and the bass.
