So this is apparently a strat that Any% runner Paulather found for getting past the turtle right before the heart in Spark Mandrill's stage.
It requires you to release a tornado as you're going up the jump that lands you on the platform up top. It's pretty difficult if you're just starting out, but it's worth practicing.
