This one wasn't as bad once I learned the patterns.
It's sort of when Jet Man is off screen when he's a problem. You just have to stay calm for when he drops bombs. Try not to over correct and adjust your position slightly. When he launches a Jet Missile at you, don't try to time it based on the reticle, wait until you hear the missile being fired to jump. The missile always comes from the direction he left in.
