Notes:
- If Squares 3 and 4 didn't actually use PWM in the boss theme, it definitely does here.
- The Saw in the last part has a couple of notes that are off, as they're too low for it to play the right note, but it's really hard to notice.
- That one part in the noise channel includes an instrument that switches between two frames of noise and one frame of periodic noise, making what I can only describe as a ride cymbal-esque sound.
