Notes:

- Other than the Dr. Wily's Revenge motif, the Triangle is silent after the first loop for some reason.
- The echo in the last third or so uses a light vibrato, which carries into the rest of the channel after the first loop. Expect that sort of thing to appear quite a bit in these.
- The repeated snare getting louder has a different sample for each volume it plays at, as the DPCM channel doesn't have a volume envelope.
