1.1 changes:

Wily 4’s softlock at the rematches have been fixed
Wily 1 have been nerfed
Wily 4 have been nerfed
Wily 2 had some changes
Wily 3’s graphics have been slightly brighter up
The player keeps its momentum after pausing
The player no longer have multiple knockbacks while pausing and unpausing after taking damage
