So I said the boss order has been swapped, however Bospider was not put in this level, he is outright gone. Instead, we got a bit of an X Challenge happening here, as Zain and Geemel wise up and decide to fight us at the same time instead of one-on-one. Although their attacks are a lot more coordinated compared to your typical X Challenge-style fight. Both of them share a health bar.
Of course, this is still the X-Hunter level from X2, we still got that Shotokan capsule to get, which gives us the Hadoken and Shoryuken, but the path to it is a bit different, as you can actually take the moving platform all the way to the capsule if you are capable. There are alternative ways to get there if you can't.
