Don't underestimate Bubble Man as he was the TOUGHEST boss to do this challenge. Mostly consisting of RNG, he will either fire 1-2 Bubble Leads or none at all then proceeds to charge at you. What you want to do is make sure he either doesn't fire a Bubble Lead or at most one Bubble Lead. If he shoots one, jump as soon as he fires it and run under both his water attack and the Bubble Lead.
