Weapon: Ice Wall
Weakness: Lightning Bolt
So this game mixes up the Stage Select by only having 3 stages available at first, and clearing them will unlock paths to the other ones. So while you still get to pick your own order if you want, it's not as free-flowing as a typical Mega Man game. Anyway, Cold Man is an ice level, obviously. But there's not much in terms of actual ice gimmicks, just some crumbling panels if you step on them. No slippery floors or jetboards to be seen here.
