Made with FL Studio and Megaman X soundfont.

To make the whistle sound, I just resampled the Square Wave instrument and put in a fade in to simulate a whistle sound.

I apologize for the reverb cutting off when the tempo slows down. I have no idea why FL Studio does this.

Effects used: Delay Bank, lots and lots of Delay Bank.
