Day 23
I somehow managed to dodge the rain of fire from the volcano. We managed to find refuge in a nearby village. Gorons live here. The problem is they can't get into the village since it's blocked off by lava. I asked any of the gorons if they knew where the Fire Sanctuary was and they all said I should ask Kagoron.
One goron led me to the altar of the mountain goddess where Kagoron was. Kagoron wasn't happy to see me at first since this place is sacred to gorons, but he understood why I came to him when I explained the situation. He said only the elder knew where the Fire Sanctuary was. The elder is in the village.
Kagoron and the other gorons hooked a freight car up to my train. Kagoron told me to look for merchants and find someone who sells something cold to get rid of the lava.
Zelda and I started our search in the Snow Realm at Anouki Village. There was an anouki there who caught my attention. His name was Noko. He said that he sells mega ice, but the lake he makes it in became contaminated. Zelda thought it would be a good idea to take him to Wellspring Station. I'm sure Ferrus won't mind letting Noko make mega ice there.
I drove Noko to Wellspring Station and he said it was perfect. He even helped me fill up my freight car with the mega ice. He did warn me that it would melt if I wasn't fast enough.
I figured the drive back to Goron Village would be easy, but it seems Cole caught onto what I've been doing. A dark train was there to greet me near the entrance. We had to take a longer way to Goron Village. Most of the ice had melted, but luckily there was just enough to get rid of the lava that blocked the way to the village.
