After a toilet overflowed at her house, Lori Kratzer needed new floors. Kratzer, who lives on a fixed-income, couldn't afford to do the repair herself. Volunteers with Bright Leaf, a Colorado non-profit, installed new flooring at Kratzer's home in November.
