This week Apple unveiled its newest budget phone: the iPhone 17e. :iphone:
Like last year, it starts at $599, but it comes with 256GB of base storage – that’s double last year's iPhone 16e.
Apple increased the starting memory to 256 GB, up from 128 GB in last year's model. Under the hood, the phone runs on the A19 processor – providing a speed boost and more features for computational camera power. Connectivity is handled by the improved Apple C1X modem for quicker 5G and more efficient wireless performance. The phone also features new ceramic shield glass for scratch and breakage prevention and comes in three colors: soft pink, white, and black.
The biggest upgrade: the iPhone 17e now supports MagSafe, so you can charge wirelessly faster and use it with accessories.
The iPhone 17e will be available on March 11th for $599.
