That’s right. For the first time ever, we flipped the script and gave our community full creative control. Instead of big ad agencies and glossy marketing playbooks, we turned to the people who actually use our products every single day. The result? The Order of The Blade—our out-house agency made up entirely of real Dollar Shave Club members.
These aren’t actors. They’re not marketers. They’re real guys with real opinions about what makes a shave great. They sat in the driver’s seat for this launch—writing ad copy, brainstorming billboard ideas, directing commercial scripts, even coming up with jingles. They shared insights on what collaborations would actually matter, what stunts would grab attention, and what perks they want to see next as loyal members of the Club.
And together, they helped us bring to life our best razor yet.
