The Randomiser has made medical supplies almost impossible to find.

Hospitals, ambulances, medical loot and all the usual places I would rely on are no longer the easy answer, which means staying alive is suddenly much more complicated.

With every setting changing every 7 days, even basic survival can become a problem if the game decides to take away the one thing I need most.
