Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
My channel intention is to create a Guided Meditation for Intentional living with your guardian angels, the archangels, spirit guides, and ancestors to be in the power of now. These female voice-guided meditation benefits are for healing anxiety, OCD, PTSD, mental health, panic or stress, and self-awareness that takes you into a relaxed state, after which affirmations for peace and healing will be narrated. Includes a gentle wakeup at the end. Guided meditation helps you heal the chakras, personal growth, and self-improvement.
My goal is to help you enrich your spirituality, metaphysical connection to Source, and stay in mindfulness. A daily meditation practice can help you lift depression, strengthen your Law of Allowing and Law of Attraction (LOA), and help cope with stress management. Letting you live a life of centeredness and positivity.
