Creative Assembly recently showed us some early gameplay footage of Medieval 3 Total War. And... well... lets be honest, it looks rough.

But what if I told you there's a reason it looks so rough? In this video, we're going to dive into why CA are giving us this early preview, and why it looks so unfinished.

So the idea for this came to me while reading through your comments on my battle gameplay video.

I saw a huge number of people talking about how terrible it looked and how the game would almost certainly fail.

I thought it would be great to pick up on some of these comments, and try to understand why players hold these views, and why it might be different this time around.
