Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, delivered his closing argument Thursday, saying the three children—Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months—were victims of a horrific act. Reddington argued that the “damn medicine and lousy medical care” Lindsay received contributed to her actions and said the prosecution must prove its case beyond its burden. He also told jurors they had “ripped the soul” out of Lindsay. Lindsay was seen crying as her attorney delivered his closing argument.
