The National WWII Museum is proud to host the 2023 Congressional Medal of Honor Society Convention, the largest annual gathering of Medal of Honor Recipients, this fall in New Orleans. The Convention is one of our nation’s most prestigious and patriotic events, providing unique opportunities for the community to engage with Recipients and be inspired to embody the values of the Medal of Honor in their own lives.
Join us October 30 at the Medal of Honor Community Forum to kick off the Convention! This program will feature an impactful and inspiring panel discussion with Medal of Honor Recipients CSM Gary Littrell (Vietnam), COL Hal Fritz (Vietnam), Leroy Petry (War on Terror), and Ryan Pitts (War on Terror) about their personal experiences and the values of the Medal of Honor—courage, integrity, commitment, sacrifice, honor, citizenship, and patriotism—as they apply to leadership and everyday life.
For additional information, please contact Maggie Hartley, Director of Public Engagement, at maggie.hartley@nationalww2museum.org
The 2023 Congressional Medal of Honor Society Convention is presented by the Stephen G. and Regina Oswald Foundation. Special thanks to Ochsner Health for their support of the Medal of Honor Community Forum.
