An early trailer for the original Medal of Honor, hidden behind a cheat code in the far-better-than-it-should-be PS1 game adaption of Small Soldiers. This early footage shows off considerably more gory combat than in the final game, with decapitations and some slightly slapstick animations.
Needless to say, hiding a gory FPS trailer in an E-rated game perhaps didn't go down so well, to say nothing of some of the more irreverent details (like the torso-less pairs of legs dancing around before keeling over!) in the shadow of Columbine and the press/government attention being cast upon the games industry as a result. As such, the final game was considerably less bloody and more serious in tone.
