Still nothing 3 weeks later after they promised parts, Filed a PayPal dispute 5/1. Just received a mower I ordered from MechMaxx and the crate was fine showing no damage but unpacking revealed major damage due to poor packaging. Cut hose, damaged paint, Dings, damaged cylinder, and damaged pto shaft shield. Only way to contact MechMaxx is email so this video was made for support and also to show others the very poor packaging of this mower. Can't believe there is not phone support for a company that sells expensive products like this. It definitely should be replaced but what a hassle repacking and returning at 750 pounds. I will update with the response.
At this point it seems there's no support and they don't care after the sale. Just a drop ship operation. Have finally received support and they have requested a list of parts needed. Sti
