Turns out ME2 (and ME3!) have copies of the assets used from the ME1 spalsh screen. I moved some things around and while the lighting is wrong (can't figure out why it's coloring it this way), I made a nice, ME2-ME1 style splash.

We don't have the ability to edit audio, so the original will suffice.
