This track IS on the OST Plus, but doesn't include the version of the track you can hear when you are losing the race. This is one of tracks that can play during Chocobo Racing events at the Gold Saucer. This is a re-upload to include a section that is not very likely to appear in-game, specifically it is the lyrical portion found around 0:34, I also mixed in a portion later that is absent of lyrics, presumably plays when you are not in the lead in the race. Consider this to be a more complete and extended version to the original upload.
