A bumper episode this week for insomniacs and lunatics. During the course of more than 30 minutes rambling about Ian McEwan I make several factual errors and multiple breaches of etiquette. I also arranged to have four distinct herds of wildebeest culled and secretly plotted to elect a rabid badger as mayor of Valletta, Malta. Does anyone ever read the descriptions on these videos? I feel like I could reveal my deepest, darkest secrets here and they would end up more secret than if I'd just kept them to myself. By now, I must be well below the "read more..." cutoff and there is even less likelihood that you will be reading this. So weird. Just a cry into the void on a video that most people won't watch more than 15% of about a 74 year-old author that most people don't care about. It's all so futile.
